Gifted education: Perspectives and practices of school principals in Bahrain

<span lang="EN-US">Research on giftedness and gifted education has a rich history. Researchers have consistently pointed to the educational leadership perspectives giftedness, inequitable identification of policies practices in education. Research suggests there is widening gap level comprehensive knowledge that critical for school improvement. This paper examined principals’ (n=29) perceptions regarding among Bahraini students. The study focuses exploring characteristics principals attribute their schools, methods employed by schools identify students from principals' perspectives, provisions used support school. also searches any significant differences views these three dimensions. quantitative methodology analysis research questionnaire included descriptive interpretive (ANOVA T-test). findings indicate looked at mainly an academic perspective. results some dissonance between what are they provided schools.</span>
